Susannah Ross

Susannah Ross runs training courses and coaching in effective writing. As well as working for Clarity, she trains BBC staff to write for the BBC website. She is the author of Chambers Desktop Guide to Writing for the Web (Chambers 2007) and A Simple Guide to Writing for your Website (Pearson Education 2001, £7.99).

She was a BBC journalist for 20 years and in her last post as Deputy Editor of World Service News was responsible for recruiting and training journalists and producing the newsroom Style Book.
